Volkl Bash 86 Skis

A tremendous learning tool for those interested in getting into park skiing, the Völkl Bash 86 Skis combine a twin tip shape with softer rockered tips and tails for easier buttering and more forgiving landings. The full sidewall and Multi Layer Woodcore construction mean you've got a solid all-mountain ski under your feet the rest of the time, too.

Rocker Type
Tip & Tail Rocker – Bends up only in the shovel and tail zones, with a camber shape in the middle.

Butterzone – Specific flex for butters in freestyle skiing

Twin Tip – Twintip construction for skiing/landing backwards.

Core
Multi Layer Woodcore – The combination of beech and poplar results in an extremely durable wood core composed of hard wood in the binding area and lighter wood surrounding it.

Carbon Stringers – Additional band of carbon in the layup for direct transmission, agility and life.

Full Sidewall – Direct and strong power transmission with full length sidewalls.

Base
P-Tex 2100 Base – A sintered high-density and high molecular polyethylene base with great gliding characteristics and high durability.

Binding Compatibility
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
