Donation Requests

Donation Request Guidelines

Valley Bike and Ski Shop will evaluate requests for donations for groups and events based on the following guidelines.

REQUESTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DENIED IF THESE GUIDELINES ARE NOT FOLLOWED:

Requests must be received no later than 60 days before actual event.

Organizations, teams, or events that have a cycling, skiing, in-line skating or snowboarding focus will be given a higher consideration.

We do not provide donations for individuals participation in events.

Organizations, teams, or events must be in a close proximity to Valley Bike & Ski or has a presence in our community.

Valley Bike and Ski does NOT automatically donate to past requests. All requests are evaluated per submission and do not carry over from year to year, or season to season.

If we choose to donate to your group or organization then we require a written receipt on an official organization letter or receipt.

How to Submit your Request:

All requests must be submitted online using the application below.

NO PHONE OR FAX SOLICITATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
