If, for any reason, you don’t love your purchase, please bring it back
within 30 days. We will refit it, adjust it, exchange it, or give you your money back.

As a service to our clients we offer layaway on all products we carry over $100. To put a product on layaway we require a 20% down payment. If you change your mind the layaway may be cancelled for a full refund as long as it is cancelled within 30 days. Any labor done on a layaway is non-refundable and if there is a layaway that is left here more than 90 days will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. At this time we are only able to offer layaway to our in-store clients.


We will match any local stores price on the identical item at the time of purchase or up to 30 days.

1. Store must have the identical product in stock.
2. Store must be in the Metro area.
3. Not Valid on special programs, rebates or dividends.


1. We require a signature on all shipments.

2. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


1. Used Car Racks or mounted Ski & Snowboard equipment can be returned for in-store credit only.

2. All returns or exchanges must accompanied by a receipt.

3. Any labor and/or installation fees are non-refundable.

4. There will be a deduction for excess wear.

5. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all special orders.

6. Any product found defective will be handled according to the
manufacturer's warranty policy.

7. Shipping charges for all mail order or online returns are non-refundable.

8. Any used Custom gear (Valley Bike & Ski or other) may not be returned. If defective it may be processed under the warranty of the specific company.

9. Worn footwear is returnable for in-store credit only.

10. Any purchase paid with cash over $100 will be refunded within 1 business day with a company check.


We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.


Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
