VG35 BASE BINDER GREEN, 45G A durable basewax for all hard waxes in colder conditions than -1°C (30°F). To be used when the snow has been transformed (granular) and the wear on the wax is high. Rub on and iron in with a waxing iron (110°C/230°F). Cork smooth. Base wax is much easier to apply when it is cold. Store it in the fridge or in the snow before application.

BP99 BASE PREP SOFT, 180G A soft wax with low melting point. Recommended as the first wax on all new skis to make the base accustomed to hot irons. BP99 is also recommended for skis or boards in the “Hot Box”. The temperature in the Hot Box should never be higher than 55°C/130°F. The Swix Wild Boar Brush is an important brush for any racer using Cera F Wax. The Wild Boar Brush is recommended for use as the second brush for Cera F wax applications. The Wild Boar can be used in place of a Horsehair brush, and run 5 to 10 strokes tip to tail after running the Stiff Black Nylon Brush. Because of the differences in wax properties it is highly recommended that brushes used for Cera F are kept as strictly Cera F brushes. T19S ROTOBRUSH STEEL, 100MM Fine steel brush to clean base structures before waxing. Can be used as second brush on wax after T16M Horsehair brush. We recommend to deburr the steel lightly with sandpaper #100 before using it the first time on skis. 100 mm wide.

Temperature range from -12°C to -32°C (12°F to -26°F). Recommended iron temp.: 150°C (300°F). CH03X is a special synthetic hydrocarbon powder wax to add to other waxes to increase their durability and to protect the base from ice abrasion. For especially abrasive snow, such as newly man-made snow, apply the wax of choice and then iron. While the wax is still in liquid form, or at least still warm, sprinkle CH03X over the wax. Even a generous amount will not effect glide. Then iron the CH03X powder into the wax layer. Allow cooling, then scrape and brush away the excess.
