PS7 VIOLET, -2°C/-8°C, 180G/ 60G PS7 is a wax that performs great in normal winter conditions below the freezing point. Its hardness makes it convenient to work with and easy to get a good end-result. PS7 is an economic training and racing wax as well as an all round base prep wax. The speed of the iron should be approx. 8-10 sec. on a skating or alpine ski. The wax can be re-heated after cooling to room temperature (10 min) for better durability. It's important to have a good iron to get an efficient melting of the wax. Recommended iron temp: 140°C (284°F). Replaces the CH7X. The Swix Wild Boar Brush is an important brush for any racer using Cera F Wax. The Wild Boar Brush is recommended for use as the second brush for Cera F wax applications. The Wild Boar can be used in place of a Horsehair brush, and run 5 to 10 strokes tip to tail after running the Stiff Black Nylon Brush. Because of the differences in wax properties it is highly recommended that brushes used for Cera F are kept as strictly Cera F brushes. Their quality is very high due to fully refined petroleum waxes, synthetic rubbers and pharmaceutical quality oils.
